  • Setup and Preparation of Survey Office We set up and prepared the survey office to support all logistical and operational needs, ensuring an organized environment for the survey activities.

  • Translation of Questionnaire into Bangla The survey questionnaire was translated into Bangla, ensuring that it was clear, culturally appropriate, and accessible to the target population.

  • Design and Beta Testing of SurveyCTO Questionnaire We designed the SurveyCTO questionnaire and performed thorough beta testing to ensure its functionality and user-friendliness for field personnel.

  • Development of Survey Plans, Manuals, and Quality Control Systems We developed the field survey plan, training manual/protocol, data collection manual/protocol, safety measures, quality control plan, data entry procedures, and an error-checking system to maintain high data integrity.

  • Creation of Near-Real-Time Dashboard and High-Frequency Checks (HFC)We developed a near-real-time dashboard with high-frequency checks (HFC) to monitor the survey’s progress and data quality in real-time.

  • Hiring, Training, and Survey Piloting We recruited the required field personnel, conducted comprehensive training, and piloted the survey to refine the process before full implementation.

  • Organizing Survey Logistics All survey logistics were organized, including procuring TABs/Mobiles, bags, pens/pencils, pads, umbrellas, masks, sanitizers, ID cards, support letters, gift items, and other necessary materials.

  • Coordination with Local Police Stations We coordinated with local police stations, informing them of the fieldwork schedule to ensure smooth operations in their respective areas.

  • Public Awareness Campaign We conducted public awareness activities, including newspaper advertisements, to inform the community about the survey.

  • Execution of Listing Survey, Household Interview Survey (HIS), and Activity Diary Survey (ADS)We conducted the Listing Survey, Household Interview Survey (HIS), and Activity Diary Survey (ADS) across 52,600 households, resulting in approximately 207,000 interviews.

  • GIS-Based Work and GPS Data Analysis We plotted the locations of 52,600 households and tracked the daily travel activities of 207,000 people using GPS data. Various spatial analyses were conducted, including travel pattern analysis, route optimization, and geographic data visualization.

  • Data Processing, Cleaning, Submission, and Report Preparation We processed and cleaned the collected data, ensuring high accuracy. The final data was submitted alongside detailed reports, offering insights and recommendations based on the survey findings
